Although the item I purchased was exactly as specified, I didn't receive it as was indicated in the email for this survey. This made me believe that the item had been lost in shipping. In addition, the USPS tracking number that was sent with my order confirmation, initially indicated they were waiting for the package, but a few days later indicated the tracking number wasn't valid. This led me to send an email to the seller, but to date I haven't received a response. Despite all of that, the item was delivered today (19 Nov), 4 days after I received this survey email that stated the item was delivered 15 days ago.

Ordered five shirts and all were perfect & great quality!
