 Our small business orders are ALL made-to-order items which means there is a processing time before items are shipped out, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipping can take up 3-6 weeks since I'm only 1 person working on everything. I ask you to please be patient with me and read all policies before purchasing! Since all items are made to order I only accept exchanges on incorrect sizes or defective items.
