PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EACH ITEM HAS BEEN MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM SPECS BEFORE PURCHASING. APPAREL FOR GOD LLC ,  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AFTER PACKAGES HAVE BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY POSTAL CARRIERS.


Since we are a small business every item is made to order therefore we will not accept returns unless it’s  a replacement for a defect.  If the item is defective then we take full responsibility. If the customer puts in the incorrect address and doesn’t notify Apparel For God LLC before it ships out, then they are at fault for the loss of the package and the cost for it and take full responsibility for their mistake in putting the incorrect address. 

LOST PACKAGES:

Apparel for God LLC is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my care, this is marketplace standard. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave the office.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out within three business days of receiving your order and notify me of the defect.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Since we are a small business and provide sizing charts for our items we will not be responsible for the shipping costs to exchange an item due to size. Customers will be responsible for shipping out the desired exchange item and WE will be responsible for shipping the new size to you. Shipping costs can get expensive for us and if it's an issue on our part we would be more than happy to cover the costs for the exchange. Since I have size charts for items and I provide my contact information for questions on sizing, we will not cover shipping costs to exchange an item due to size but we will pay for the shipping of the new size to the consumer once they ship out the item they need an exchange for.


Refunds
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR CORRECT SIZE AND OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
